Key Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and maintain thorough records of inquiries and outcomes.

• Identify potential issues or trends based on customer feedback and report them to management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to think quickly in addressing customer issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and MS Office Suite.
