We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our company, responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers across various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions and maintain records of inquiries and resolutions in the database.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
