Singnala is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with our company. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assist customers with account setup and updates
- Provide product information and support to help customers make informed decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders
- Monitor account activity and provide regular updates to customers
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in customer service or account management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
