In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, facilitating transactions, and providing exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding questions and issues related to their accounts.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
• Assist customers with account transactions, including billing inquiries, payment processing, and refunds.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance service quality.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to maximize their experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or account management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
