Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, providing exceptional support and solutions to meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills, ensuring that every client receives the highest level of service. On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
  • Educate clients about our services, systems, and tools to ensure effective use.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a client service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
