You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and service documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Monitor client accounts to ensure all services and deliverables meet expectations
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through service processes
• Track and report on service metrics and client feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or administrative support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency
