Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services to clients to enhance their experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
• Proven experience in a client service or support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
