Technical Service Specialist

Are you an experienced technician with a passion for innovation and smart solutions for outdoor use? At Husqvarna Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Technical Service Specialist to join our expert technical services team in Zaventem on a full-time basis.

About the role:

In this role, you will be specialized in supporting our advanced residential products, including our leading robotic mowers. As a trusted technical advisor, you will handle complex diagnostics, provide training to dealers, and ensure excellent customer support—both remotely and on-site.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing expert technical support to dealers and end-users via phone and email
  • Evaluating warranty claims and efficiently managing documentation
  • Repairing and analyzing machines with electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
  • Sharing insights and analyses with our R&D team in Sweden
  • Leading and contributing to technical training sessions for dealers
  • Supporting daily logistics and workshop management
  • Translating technical data into clear and usable information for our dealer network

The position covers the regions of Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your profile:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant technical experience, preferably with garden, park, or forestry machinery
  • Strong knowledge of both battery and fuel-powered machines
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (German is a plus)
  • MBO education or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Possess a valid driver's license B (E is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel internationally 2–3 times per year
