Qualifications:
Higher engineering education
Solid technical experience in the field of hydraulics, electronics, and mechanics
Computer skills for working with various databases, including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, BI, and CAD software
Skills for tracking and stimulating process improvement and problem-solving ability
Customer orientation Practical knowledge of spare parts
Very good level of proficiency in technical English, both written and spoken
Duties:
Coordination and management
Works closely with production factories and monitors technical problems and product quality issues.
Supports and collaborates with other departments and colleagues in the organization, such as After-Sales Service, Sales and Service, Design and Development Departments, Project Management, Production, and others.
If necessary, collaborates with Husqvarna service partners. Provides ideas for continuous development and improvement in all directions, including identifying opportunities for reducing production and operational costs.
A key figure in projects and forums to ensure effective product service and prioritize product improvements based on product quality information.
Identifies and analyzes problems and damages in products; assesses the relevance and accuracy of information; generates and evaluates alternative solutions together with the Design and Development and Production Departments; makes recommendations.
Represents the company professionally and positively.
Understands and applies the company's philosophy in daily activities and behavior.
Develops and provides technical training when starting the production of new products.

Actively participates in and manages service activities in:
Takes an active role in launching new products on time to the market and supports their use. Provides careful monitoring of products after market launch. Establishes partnerships to stimulate new business, including from strategically close product areas.
