Your role

As a Customer Care & Services Medewerker, you are the link between our sales department, the logistics team, and our network of distributors. You support the Sales team and ensure that our customers receive an impeccable service.

Practically, this means that you will:

  • Handle orders from A to Z (order intake, acceptance, planning, and follow-up)
  • Assist distributors and customers with questions about inventory, delivery times, and product information
  • Plan, arrange, and follow up on logistics processes in collaboration with carriers and international colleagues
  • Handle complaints and find solution-oriented answers
  • Perform small logistics and administrative tasks in systems such as MFGPRO and SAP/REX

Your profile

  • A true team player with a proactive and analytical mindset
  • Environmentally conscious and in line with Husqvarna's sustainability goals
  • Education level equivalent to MBO (Middle Vocational Education)/HBO (Higher Vocational Education)
  • Both junior candidates with the right mindset (willing to learn and develop) and candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role are welcome
  • Customer and service-oriented, flexible, strong communicator, and a true multitasker
  • Accurate, responsible, and flexible
  • Good computer skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Language skills: Dutch and French excellent in speech and writing, good command of English (our international working language)
