In this role, you will act as a key link between Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Business Process Owners, driving automation, process improvements, and operational excellence.
You will play a central role in implementing innovative solutions, including automation and AI-driven tools, while supporting daily operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
