Account Executive

Ideagen Wearable Safety (Reactec) helps organisations understand and reduce workplace health risks through powerful wearable technology and cloud-based analytics. Our solutions give leaders the data they need to protect their workforce and now, as we expand across the UK and into Europe, we're looking for an Account Executive who can help us accelerate that impact! We are looking for a driven, curious sales professional who lives for finding opportunities and smashing targets. You'll open doors across the EHS market, spark high-value conversations and show senior stakeholders exactly how Reactec's tech can transform the way organisations manage risk. This role is all about momentum creating pipeline, converting fast and driving our expansion into Europe. You'll travel across the UK and Europe to showcase our tech, convert opportunities into revenue and build partnerships that power our next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business, developing key accounts, and supporting our expansion into new European markets. You will:

  • Win new business and build strategic relationships with EHS, operational and commercial leaders.
  • Run standout demonstrations and trials that clearly show how Reactec technology transforms risk insight and operational decision making.
  • Develop key accounts, maximising adoption and long-term commercial value.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent activity.
  • Drive multi-stakeholder engagement and guide customers through trials and evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Experience

  • You know the EHS market and have sold into industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Aviation etc.

  • You've sold technical, data-led solutions and can explain complex products with ease.

  • You've closed deals in international markets and know how to navigate multi-stakeholder buying cycles.

  • You're commercially sharp, relationship-driven and confident influencing senior decision makers.

  • Ability to build relationships with critical operations, health and safety and commercial decision makers in major organisations.

  • You're commercially sharp, curious, resilient, and thrive in a target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in an additional language is required for this role
