Coordinator-IT Services

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Coordinator-IT Services to join our team. Coordinates the day to day support and assists with projects directly related to the assigned area(s) of responsibility and/or the assigned local ministry or ministries. Serves as a liaison between Information & Technology Services and ministry leadership to assure the needs are being met in relation to information technology. Demonstrates knowledge of local operations in order to effectively solicit, diagnose and capture business, clinical, and information system requirements in order to help drive results and produce quality deliverables.

  • Core Function: Corporate Services
  • Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk, on call as needed
  • Facility: St. Nicholas Hospital
  • Location: Sheboygan, WI
  • Compensation that aligns with your experience

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of experience in Information Technology, Project Management, or other related field may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • An Associate degree and three years of experience in Information Technology, Project Management, or other related field may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience Qualifications:

  • 1 year of serving as a project lead or team lead is preferred. 3 years of experience in information technology, project management, health care, or related field is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

  • Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
