This role provides back-office operational and administrative support, contributing to the sustainability, quality, and efficiency of service operations. The position focuses on process coordination, documentation, reporting, asset and information control, compliance, and performance monitoring, ensuring that operational activities are structured, accurate, and consistently maintained.
The role supports day-to-day operations by organizing information, maintaining records, preparing reports, tracking indicators, and facilitating coordination across stakeholders. With strong organization, analytical skills, and clear communication, this position enables efficient service execution and continuous improvement across operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, partners, and management, serving as an operational support partner, bringing structure, visibility, and reliability to service activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Education & Experience Recommended
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years of Video Conferencing background supporting Audio-Visual systems, including experience with Poly products and/or 3rd party video conferencing devices
Knowledge & Skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in Back Office, operations, administrative, or service support functions. Ability to manage and maintain records related to inventory, assets, licensing, and lifecycle information. Experience creating, maintaining, and reviewing documentation, templates, and operational records. Ability to prepare and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and indicators. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify operational gaps, deviations, and improvement opportunities. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of formal communications and meeting minutes. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities in a structured, process-driven environment. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, partners, and teams. Ability to work independently with accountability and consistency. Familiarity with operational, administrative, or service management tools is an advantage. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred.
