• Meet with Business and IT Stakeholders understanding business requirements and refining/capturing epics in Jira
• Oversight of projects within the Joule space. Knowledge of ITPPM (Project Management Tool) will be a plus
• Work on license renewals creating business cases for leadership consumption and financial oversight of key projects
• Analyze complex IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Lead high-impact IT projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on IT strategy, offering solutions to address business challenges.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making.
