Director of Global Implementation
Insight Global is seeking a Director of Global Implementation for one of their top clients. This candidate can work in Houston, TX or the southern part of Columbus OH. This role requires a visionary professional who can translate organizational objectives into actionable plans, ensuring seamless implementation while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The Director will act as a key liaison between senior leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders, leveraging exceptional communication and negotiation skills to resolve challenges and maintain strong relationships.
Skills and Requirements:
- 8+ years of extensive experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, including strategy development, business requirements analysis, testing processes, and risk identification.
- Strong client-focused approach with proven ability to build and sustain productive relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Experience being the liaison between the client, IT and Operations within the WMS and EDI interchanges.
- Possibly could travel to warehouse sites around the US around 10-20% of the year.
