Customer Service Support Level 1
Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated customer service support level 1 to join their team. As a customer service support level 1, you will be part of the customer support department supporting internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay range: $16.50
Shift: 8:00am to 5:00 pm monday to friday
What's the job?
- Assist customers and company sales and service representatives with questions regarding equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules
- Schedule field service repair calls as needed to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Handle requests for additional company materials and maintain accurate records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements, and pricing
- Resolve return credit problems efficiently and professionally
- Engage frequently with internal teams and customers to exchange factual information and support ongoing service needs
