Customer Service Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in logistics and customer support, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the logistics and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Enter and update data accurately in digital databases from paper documents
  • Update order statuses and verify order accuracy through double-checking
  • Assist with freight checks, pulling orders, and conducting inventories
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely support
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to secure information and support business operations

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is desirable
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to process improvements
  • Patience and attention to detail when handling complex processes
