We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as the strategic and operational backbone behind high-impact content and campaign workstreams for leading consumer brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative execution, and commercial delivery. You'll translate business objectives into actionable creative plans, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure programs deliver measurable results against ambitious KPIs. Responsibilities:

  • Guide cross-functional teams through multi-layered projects with competing priorities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager within an agency environment
  • Direct experience supporting large consumer brands, CPG companies, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or other B2C brands
  • Strong strategic thinking — able to connect brand challenges to creative solutions and measurable outcomes
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance
  • Deep understanding of content production workflows and integrated campaign delivery (digital + traditional)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including navigating difficult conversations with clarity and confidence
  • Ability to anticipate risks, manage complexity, and build contingency plans
  • Understanding of consumer marketing dynamics, from shopper insights to omnichannel activation
