Corporate Communications & Marketing Department Position
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council ("HKTDC"), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong's external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing Department.
Responsibilities:
- To assist SME Support Manager to implement the HKTDC's SME support programme "T-box" to help SMEs upgrade and transform businesses
- To find out T-box members' business needs and recommend suitable services from HKTDC and our partners to help them with their business transformation
- To follow up T-box members' business progress and generate success stories to showcase HKTDC's commitment in supporting SMEs
- To assist in ad-hoc logistic support in T-box related initiatives, networking events and webinars
- To support SME Centre's customer services and perform other duties assigned by SME Support Manager
Requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years' solid experience in customer relations or project management
- Proactive, self-initiated and attentive to details
- Knowledge in relation to Hong Kong SMEs will be a plus
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word-Processing
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people from all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tentative employment period: October 2025 – February 2026
Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
