• Increasing the number of orders for industrial software licenses and services on assigned accounts, achieving or exceeding annual order goals on corporate accounts
• Managing the entire sales process to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators, with a particular focus on selling to new customers while expanding existing reach
• Actively understanding the assigned account's technology scope, strategic development plans, technology strategy, and competitive environment
• Achieving consistent results through the effective use of the sales team, including sales engineers, customer engagement managers, supply teams, product teams, and strategic teams
• Leading the development and execution of defined plans for accounts while mapping stakeholders, considering their priorities and issues
• Optimizing sales cycles using value-based solution selling methodologies, with a particular emphasis on defining the business case, return on investment, and business outcomes
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales and/or business development
• Minimum 2 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions to decision-makers in IT/operational departments
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Salesforce tools
• Fluent in Polish and English
