As an Intern Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will be a vital member of the Customer Service team, where you will assist in ensuring performance standards are met and maintained to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager, and you'll work out of our Katowice location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact on the overall customer experience by supporting the team in fulfilling customer requests and resolving issues, contributing to a high customer satisfaction index. This is hybrid work 3+2! (3 days from office + 2 days from home).
