Enterprise Account Manager

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the Industrial technology and Auto-ID sector. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans and driving revenue growth through exceptional service and market analysis. All while driving the adoption of innovative solutions.

We are looking for a strategic professional focused on managing, building loyalty and developing business relationships with Honeywell's most important or strategic clients for the Poland and Ukraine. This role will manage all aspects of interaction with current and new clients for Poland and Ukraine. It will involve building relationships and understanding the client's business to offer appropriate products or solutions. It will define the sales and growth strategy for key Customers, aligning with business objectives. It will identify opportunities and build credibility with clients. It will use its product knowledge to deliver a value proposition to clients.

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Acquiring and developing relationships with existing clients as well as searching for new market opportunities.
  • Focus on solutions scope, like: mobility, scan, print, voice, SaaS – Software as a Service solutions, focus on strategic verticals, like: distribution centers, transportation & logistics, retail, manufacturing, healthcare
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage the overall relationship.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that clearly articulate the value of Honeywell's solutions, negotiate complex commercial agreements and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product management teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of selling technology(HW, SW). Experience in the field and with a consultative sales model.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial technology market and solutions.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
