Senior Customer Experience Specialist

As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining processes in the order to cash cycle. This is a unique opportunity to be the first position for São Paulo-SP, focusing on the maritime logistics sector and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

In this role, you will impact the organization by managing the order to cash process, overseeing exportation logistics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the chemical materials sector, ultimately driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the order to cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order management.
  • Oversee exportation processes, particularly in maritime logistics, from the United States & China to Latin America
  • Provide exceptional customer experience in the chemical materials sector, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all orders and shipments.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Monitor and track bookings to ensure compliance with schedules and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline operations in foreign trade.

You Must Have

  • Proven experience in customer experience roles, particularly in logistics and order management.
  • Strong knowledge of exportation processes and maritime logistics.
  • Experience working with customers in the United States and Latin America, as well as China.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
