We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team! As the Customer Success Manager at Home365, you will be responsible for overseeing properties in a designated region.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with the owners of the properties they oversee, as well as the financial performance of investors' rental units. In the performance of this role, the CSM will have the support of maintenance vendors, local taskers, a resident support team, and a billing department, just to name a few.

The Customer Success Manager will have powerful tools at their disposal to track overall customer satisfaction and financial performance of properties, ensuring they are able to keep a finger on the pulse of all properties and owners in their region.

A key daily task of a Customer Success Manager is that of interacting with property owners via Zoom call, as well as responding to inquiries in a proprietary ticketing system. The ideal applicant is an individual who is an effective verbal and written communicator, who is personable and charismatic, who finds satisfaction in helping others, and who has the ability to de-escalate situations that may arise when communicating with clients.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Proactively manage and build strong relationships with our clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing them with support and guidance
  • Understand the needs and objectives of our clients and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
  • Monitor client usage and proactively identify any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Provide expert advice and insights to clients, helping them maximize the value they get from our products and services
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Deep understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with Hubspot

Job type: Full-time, based in our Las Vegas office. This role is office based.
