Account Manager
Join Hologic as our next Account Manager, driving breast health solutions across Austria.
You'll represent Hologic's uniquely diverse and comprehensive breast health portfolio, spanning advanced imaging and biopsy systems, surgical and localization solutions (including Somatex and Endomag), and technologies that support clinicians across the entire breast care pathway from screening and diagnosis to treatment.
With significant time in the field and close collaboration with clinicians, you will play a key role in growing our presence across the Austrian market while building trusted relationships with hospitals, radiology departments, and surgical teams.
What to Expect
- Manage and grow your territory across Austria, developing strategic territory plans that drive sales performance and market share.
- Represent a broad and innovative breast health portfolio, including Breast Health & Skeletal, Somatex, and Endomag solutions, giving you the opportunity to engage across the full clinical pathway—from imaging through surgery.
- Build strong partnerships with radiologists, surgeons, hospital teams, and key opinion leaders, positioning Hologic as a trusted partner in women's health.
- Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support, and training within operating rooms and radiology environments, ensuring customers gain maximum value from our solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a complex healthcare environment while maintaining a strong focus on existing customer relationships.
- Analyse territory performance, market trends, and customer insights to continuously refine your strategy and exceed targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, clinical support, and service to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We Expect
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, ideally within imaging, surgical technologies, or women's health.
- Strong understanding of the hospital environment, particularly radiology or operating room workflows.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clinicians and decision-makers while navigating complex purchasing processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate clinical and technical information into compelling value for customers.
- Strategic sales mindset, with experience developing territory or account plans and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, supported by experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- A collaborative approach—working closely with colleagues across functions while actively contributing to team success.
- Commitment to ethical business conduct and continuous professional development.
- Fluency in German and English, and a valid driver's licence.
