Client Service Specialist

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
• Invoices agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
• Ensures accuracy of invoicing and works with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
• Orders policy changes from carriers, updates agency management system/exposure schedules, and sets follow-up tasks.
• Investigaes and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits, and endorsements).

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent's license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
• Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance. Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.
