The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

What will you be doing?

1. Builds, analyzes, and presents both standard and ad-hoc reports.
2. Analyzes data and makes recommendations to customers and Holman Fleet & Mobility leadership to implement cost-saving and best practice initiatives.
3. Proactively monitors trends in vehicle maintenance for specific accounts and geographic markets.
4. Participate in weekly maintenance calls, creates/maintains action items list, provides status updates to Holman Fleet & Mobility leadership.
5. Trains and mentors Truck Account Administrators on industry best practices.
6. Actively collaborate and communicate with all assigned resources during the execution of an assigned project.
7. Identify and leverage subject matter experts and resources within other teams and/or departments as needed during the course of a project.
8. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Four-year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience as determined by department management.
• Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects application.
• Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).
• Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus.
• 5-10 years' experience in the automotive or transportation industry, with advanced technical knowledge.
• Advanced competency in data analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong proficiency in Excel preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Business Objects reporting platform is preferred.
• Familiarity with Intellifleet and Holman PartnerConnect systems.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
