Customer Service Agent (Italian-speaking) Temporary 12 Weeks

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working at the heart of our fast-paced fashion business by being the first point of contact for our customers every day. You will make our customers happy by answering questions about their online orders, our products, our stores & more. In this position you will work mainly in our Customer Service Center in Maastricht.

You:

  • communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, and live chats in italian, providing support and assistance.
  • actively listen to customers and provide clear and thoughtful responses to ensure their satisfaction.
  • report our customers' feedback to the relevant department to find solutions and foster loyalty.
  • be an ambassador for the brand and its values in all interactions.

We are looking for talents with genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. A residence in or around Maastricht (35km) is preferred.

And talents who demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills in italian (C1), have a positive attitude in all interactions, ability to manage time pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Possess computer skills: a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus. Are flexible for shifts and weekend and able to handle multiple customers or platforms simultaneously.

  • You can choose to work part-time or full-time, from 21 hours up to 35 hours per week on average. Start date is 13.10.2025
  • Gross salary depending on your contract €1.356,76 - 2.261,51 per month
