The PMO / Project Coordinator is a key role in supporting the delivery of HR Transformation projects across the Hitachi Group, with a primary focus on Workday implementations and HR Technology-related initiatives. The role ensures smooth project execution by providing governance support, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across global teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, Office, ADO). Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday is an advantage. This role reports to the Project Manager or PMO Lead and works closely with stream leads, stakeholders, and external vendors.
