Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sound understanding of IT Services like O365 (Power BI, Share point, OneDrive), CISCO CCE, SD WAN, Global Protect, Microsoft Intune, Zero Trust, etc.
  • Global Project Management (Need To Manage Global Projects In Coordination With Multiple Hitachi Region, Ensure End To End Project Project Delivery With Support Of Global Vendors And Other Stakeholders), Promote Internally Developed IT Shared Services To Group Companies.
  • IT Service Operation Management (Offshore IT Operation, Data Centre Server Operation, Regular Patch Management, AD Operation, Azure Cloud Operation). Ensure The Uptime Of IT Systems Of Hitachi.
  • IT Service Design, IT Service Development (Design Of Global Asset Management Infra, Endpoint Security Service Design And Development).
  • IT Service Transition Management (Check As Is Infra, Confirm The Sops, Fit And Gap Of Process Documents, Service Transition With Vendor).
  • Vendor Management, ServiceDesk Management (Vendor Evaluation, Vendor Quality Control, Sla Management, Csat Check, Slm Review, Service Desk Process And Sla Control).
  • Service Promotion To Group Companies, New Service Explanation, Service Development, Post Deployment Support To Customer, Regular Status Reporting To Supervisor And Team Management.

Skills: PMP, ITIL Desired

Experience: 6-8 years

Education: BE/B. Tech Computer Science
