Main accountabilities:
Collaborate closely with HUB HSE Managers, local HSE managers and Operations teams to facilitate the implementation of HSE improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives to improve overall safety performance and compliance.
Analyze HSE data, identify trends and propose corrective actions to ensure the continuous improvement of our HSE performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance by capturing and sharing best practices and innovative solutions.
Support HSE operational excellence by ensuring the implementation of company programs and High Voltage's operational risk management.
Offer expert HSE advice to reduce the likelihood of adverse outcomes for people and environment.
Provide support and ensure compliance with our HSE Operating System, with a specific focus on Life Saving Rules compliance, high-risk activities and human factors.
Provide strong HSE leadership to promote a high-performance culture, role modeling and reinforcing a proactive safety culture.
