Customer Success Coordinator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join Hitachi Energy as a Customer Success Coordinator in Jefferson City, MO, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing post-order processes for our diverse client base, including Utilities, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and Commercial & Industrial sectors. You'll lead efforts from order acceptance through shipment, warranty, and after-market services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is your chance to be the voice of the customer, driving satisfaction and contributing to our world-class customer experience.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Process new orders and drive the "clean order" initiative.
  • Collaborate with engineering to meet customer expectations with quality and timely drawing packages.
  • Manage change orders and foster positive relationships with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production Planning.
  • Support revenue maximization by reducing units on shipping hold and managing customer orders.
  • Handle return authorizations, customer concessions, milestone billing, and overdue invoices.
  • Implement lean manufacturing methodologies for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate shipping schedules and resolve potential delays.
  • Participate in daily meetings and escalate issues for resolution.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Work authorization to permit employment with Hitachi Energy in the USA without future sponsorship.
  • Onsite presence required in Jefferson City, MO.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and basic understanding of project management.
  • Aptitude for technical specifications and problem-solving skills.
