Intel Technical Specialist – HPE Partnership

Worldwide technical liaison and Intel subject matter expert serving HPE's global technical community, driving Intel technology adoption and sales through technical excellence and strategic partnership management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as global first point of contact for HPE technical community on Intel products
• Provide guidance on Intel processors, accelerators and ethernet products
• Consolidate technical demands, training and feedback from HPE's global technical community
• Support HPE Tech Centers worldwide with Intel technical expertise
• Establish rapid escalation pathways for technical issues to Intel
• Support sales pipeline development by identifying technical opportunities, qualifying prospects, and providing technical validation for Intel-based solutions within HPE's customer engagements
• Lead design, implementation and maintenance of Intel learning paths on Tech Pro
• Lead HPE technical community on Intel products & Solutions, by animating, moderating and answering technical questions on an Intel dedicated channel on HPE Tech Pro online community
• Coordinate with Intel learning and networking activities at HPE Tech Jam events
• Implement comprehensive training evaluation programs including post-training surveys, effectiveness assessments, and community satisfaction measurements to continuously improve training quality and impact

• Reduced escalation resolution times and increased technical influence
• Training effectiveness and Intel content growth in HPE collateral solutions
