Inside Sales Account Manager

We're building a brand-new Digital Sales Hub in Leixlip, just outside Dublin, and we're looking for ambitious, curious, and energized people to help shape its future.

You'll be at the heart of Hewlett Packard Enterprise's transformation—connecting customers and partners with cutting-edge technology that helps them solve their biggest challenges. You'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts virtually (by phone, online, and through innovative sales tools including social selling), build strong relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, developing trusted relationships and delivering real business value.
  • Create and execute account plans that align customer needs with Hewlett Packard Enterprise's technology solutions.
  • Generate, qualify, and close new leads—either directly or alongside field sales and channel partners.
  • Stay close to your clients' priorities, understanding their challenges and positioning Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the trusted partner that helps them achieve more.
  • Use insights and analytics to build your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive results.
  • Collaborate across teams—marketing, technical, and partner organizations—to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)—ideally in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Around 2–6 years' experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • A strong interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Solid understanding of how to build, retain, and grow customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset—you thrive in a team and lift others as you go.
  • Experience with CRM or Salesforce tools to track and manage customer interactions.
  • A proactive, "hunter" mentality balanced with the ability to nurture long-term relationships.
