Job Description:

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager for Schwarz Group (Lidl, StackIT) to drive business growth and customer success through HPE's technology solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning IT strategies with business goals and leading complex engagements across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align customer KPIs and priorities with HPE's solutions to position HPE as a long-term strategic partner, especially in the context of Sovereign Cloud initiatives.
  • Develop and execute growth plans across HPE's portfolio, leveraging internal tools and programs.
  • Identify and lead high-value opportunities (with a focus on aaS business), manage pipeline activities, and close complex deals.
  • Build strong relationships across customer organizations, including C-level stakeholders and interaction with HPE leadership team on CxO level.
  • Manage and evolve the partner ecosystem within the account to support strategic goals.
  • Stay current on IT trends and innovations, advising customers and mentoring internal teams.
  • Lead and empower the extended account team, ensuring governance and team development.
  • Collaborate across HPE to enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction.
  • Own and execute a comprehensive account business plan, aligning with all key stakeholders.

Additional Role Aspects:

  • Drive and strengthen CxO and board-level relationship management, including strategic advisory and executive engagements.
  • Prepare and support large-scale partnership announcements, CEO briefings, and media engagement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with senior executives, product management, and engineering teams to drive co-development and joint engineering initiatives.
  • Act as the single point of contact for other account executives to proactively drive adoption of Sovereign Cloud and Sovereign AI go-to-market motions.
  • Enable the broader ecosystem to leverage STACKIT services and secure a strong HPE footprint across strategic accounts.

If You Have These Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

  • Academic degree in economic or similar field of studies.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in strategic account management and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of Sovereign Cloud models, IT trends and digital transformation.
  • Broad understanding of the HPE portfolio to apply standard as well as creative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders on multiple levels to drive strategic partnerships.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes in complex, multinational conglomerate environments
  • Business fluency in German and English language, any additional languages are a plus
