If so, this position is for you… The primary function of the full time Customer Service Specialist is to provide world-class service to Hertz customers and vendors. The responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist include:

• Corresponding via email and telephone with company's adjusters for rental agreement authorization and extension approvals
• Working collectively with the Branch Managers on aging rental agreements
• Providing accurate information
• Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and service

Essential Requirements: Basic Knowledge of Excel and Office 365. This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be 20 years of age or older. Multi-tasking is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills needed.
