Your Mission
Leadership & Responsibility: You will take the lead of our customer service teams (approx. 14 people including 3 team leads) and bear responsibility for all relevant service metrics.
Scaling: You will build a service organization that grows with the company’s expansion – efficiently, structured, and quality-oriented.
AI & Automation: You will drive the technical reconfiguration of customer service – with AI-supported workflows, automation, and self-service.
Service Excellence: You will establish an excellence mindset in the team – service becomes the reason why customers stay with HERO and recommend us.
Team Development: You will support your team leads through targeted coaching and build future leaders.
Quality & Metrics: You will manage the team through CSAT, SLAs, and retention – making quality measurable.
