Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will ensure the satisfaction of our customers: With know-how and a delicate touch, you will expertly address their individual concerns.

Specifically, your telephone consultation of our customers is in demand – both regarding individual dental medical articles and delivery questions.

Last, but not least, we know that receiving orders is in your best hands.

Your Profile

Successful commercial training or experience in telephone customer service / call center – newcomers (m/f/d) are also warmly welcomed.

Enjoying contact with customers characterizes you.

Experience in the dental industry is a plus but not a prerequisite (ZFA / ZMF / ZMP).
