Key Account Manager Trainee

As a Key Account Manager Trainee, you will support the Key Account Management team in daily operations and customer-related tasks. This role offers you the opportunity to develop essential skills in sales, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading FMCG company.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Key Account Management/Sales department of Henkel Consumer Brands Division on aspects regarding customers and internal department policy
• Gathering, summarizing, and analyzing market & customer information
• Maintaining internal files/documents in an accurate and timely manner
• Assisting the sales team in daily tasks
• Participating in relevant internal meetings and keeping minutes when required
• Maintaining close communication with other relevant departments (marketing, customer service, finance, logistics)

Requirements include:

• University degree, economical studies preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office: good knowledge of all applications necessary (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
• English fluent (oral and written)
• Math and comprehension skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Willingness to work as a team player
• Ability to take direction
