IT Support Specialist (On-site, Georgia)

We partner with innovative companies and help them scale by taking over operational processes so their teams can focus on strategic, high-value work.

We are growing and opening a position for an IT Support Specialist (On-site, Georgia).

This is an office-based role. We're looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Specialist who can ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in our office in Georgia. The role is focused on end-user support, hardware setup, and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.

What you'll do:

  • Set up and configure laptops (Windows OS) for new hires.
  • Provide technical support for office employees (hardware & basic software issues).
  • Troubleshoot laptops and peripherals (monitors, keyboards, headsets, docking stations, etc.).
  • Perform visual diagnostics of equipment (checking cable connections, indicators, hardware condition).
  • Support and manage Starlink connectivity (basic monitoring and troubleshooting).
  • Assist with basic server-related tasks (understanding of server operations and ability to escalate if needed).
  • Maintain IT inventory and keep documentation up to date.
  • Coordinate with global IT teams when required.

What matters:

  • Experience in IT support / helpdesk (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS setup and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (IP, DNS, routers, switches).
  • Understanding of how servers operate (basic level; no deep administration required).
  • Ability to perform hands-on diagnostics in an office environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think independently.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • English at a level sufficient for communication with global teams (B1.2 at least).

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting internet equipment (e.g., Starlink or similar connectivity solutions).
  • Experience working in an international company.
  • Basic understanding of security best practices.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Experience of network equipment configuration (Cisco, microtik, fortigate)
