Job Title
Coordinación y control de embarques con oficinas de origen/destino, atención al cliente, reporteo, desarrollo comercial de cuenta, cumplimiento de estrategias establecidas por el producto.
Principal duties include:
- Being the main contact with the customer's planning and traffic team, providing the current status of each shipment managed by Hellmann.
- Knowing the current logistics process of the customer and suggesting improvements to obtain qualitative and quantitative benefits.
- Providing alternatives in case of a logistics incident to avoid major impact on the customer.
- Notifying in time any delays in transit to reduce the possibility of an impact.
- Coordinating collections with Hellmann's origin offices.
- Sending transit reports to the client.
Required skills include:
- Intermediate provable English.
- Desireable Cargowise and Excel handling.
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
- Work under performance indicators (KPIS).
- General logistics knowledge of customs processes and maritime and land traffic.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and incoterms.
- Quotation of rates and routes in the logistics medium.
