The Team Member's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the job duties listed below. Punctual and regular attendance is a requirement of this job. Team Member must also comply with the company drug and alcohol program.
Communicate with customers through various channels by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Respond to and communicate with all Customer Quality requests (Warranties, Scrap certs, and RO or PO discrepancies)
Coordinate with Project Manager on weekly open order reports as needed by customers
Responsible for day-to-day customer communication and timely responses to customers (ex. general inquires, quotes, follow ups, RO discrepancies, ESD's, etc.)
Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and escalate them internally as required
Conduct research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when communicating externally and internally
Communicate customer needs internally to Project Manager/GPM
Maintain internal customer documentation and trackers
Provide support for Sales Team as needed
Other related duties may be assigned
