As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets, packaging groceries, and helping customers in transporting and locating merchandise. Additionally, you will gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the Store, maintain and stock bag areas, return products to proper locations, and perform various sanitation tasks to ensure store cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications and key requirements include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work with customers attentively, and maintain high productivity and efficiency standards. Education requirements include completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training upon hire. Physical demands involve functioning in a fast-paced retail environment, reaching at various levels, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
