As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets, packaging groceries, and assisting customers in transporting/unloading groceries to their vehicles. Additionally, you will assist customers in locating merchandise. For stocking and sanitation duties, you will gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the Store, maintain and stock bag areas, return products to proper locations, stock and stage bags, stock check stand supplies, distribute Buddy bucks to registers, replace anti-fatigue mats, do carts and parts basket relocation, and power-wash basket relocation for department setup. You will also perform red basket fill up/retrieval and clean, mop, dust, sweep, and vacuum the check stand area, Return Center, and CCO area to maintain store cleanliness and safety. Physical demands and working conditions include functioning in a fast-paced, retail environment, in detailed and precise tasks. You will work with customers, staying attentive to their needs.
