We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operators to join our existing team to help deliver support to patients, GPs and other healthcare professionals across the UK & Ireland. No previous healthcare experience is required as we provide full training.
We are a 24/7 service and as such we have both daytime and evening opportunities available. However, we do ask for a minimum contractual commitment of 16 hours per week which could include weekend working. Our shift patterns are based around the core hours of 06:00 - 23:00. Essentially, we are looking for individuals who are available to work any day in the week.
