The Opportunity

To support our growing pipeline of data centre projects, we are looking for a Project Coordinator or Architectural Technician/Designer with strong Revit skills to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. You'll work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to document and deliver solutions across a key growth sector within our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design development and construction documentation of data centre projects
  • Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to support client briefs and project goals
  • Ensure drawings and documentation comply with applicable codes and project standards
  • Proactively manage deadlines and contribute to team success through clear communication and technical accuracy.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary education in Architecture or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (required); Rhino experience highly regarded
  • Previous experience working on data centre or mission critical projects - highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborative, proactive and highly organised with good time management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
  • Must possess credentials to obtain future registration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Desire to pursue growth opportunities and eventually obtain registration
  • Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
