Part of Havas Media Network, Arena Media is a full-service, culture-first creative-thinking media agency. We're agents of change for growth, who partner with brands that make an impact in culture. We don't look for 'clients,' we look for partners, conspirators, collaborators, co-stars and accomplices…
Over the past five years we've seen immense growth, working with brands that aim to create, disrupt, innovate and challenge the status quo. We've had some great wins along the way with the likes of Red Bull, Dr Martens, SEGA, Bumble, JBL, Penguin Random House to name a few.
We're agile and creative and we've achieved scale that carves out a unique space in media in the UK and beyond, and now we're looking to grow the team to help support us in this next phase of growth. We maximise collaboration and offer our clients a powerful combination of creative, content and media excellence, with the necessary scale and agility to make it happen.
So... do you want to challenge the status quo?
Do you think there's a better way to do things and make a meaningful difference to the brands, the businesses, and the lives of the people we work with? Do you have an appetite to do the type of work that gets more shared, more talked about, more noticed?
If yes, then we are for you.
We want smart people but'smarts' doesn't always mean a traditional education. Yes, you might be the cleverest person in the room but we want team players. We want people who lean in.
We want people who feel a passion for this industry. Who have a natural curiosity about the world around us. Who live and breathe culture.
Diversity isn't a tick box for us. It brings new opinions and ideas. That thinking challenges the status quo and that leads to innovation.
We want people with the courage to care. About our work. Our Clients. And Our Team. Our philosophy here is to hire for attitude, train for skill. If you've got the qualifications great. If you've got the passion even better.
If any of this sounds like you. If you want to create solutions that unify brand and performance advertising, PR, social, experiences and media. If you want to create cultural impact far greater than the sum of the individual parts then please get in touch.
