Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with strategically important customers. This role ensures the long-term success of key accounts by understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving mutual growth. The KAM acts as the main point of contact between the company and its key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business performance.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Understand customer needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and value-added services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Supervise, coach, and support two dedicated territory sales managers responsible for regional coverage sales growth.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Readiness for business trips is a must (customer meetings, field visits, approximately 70% of working time).
  • Driver's license "B".
  • Ukrainian – fluent, English – intermediate level or higher (written and spoken).
