Ecommerce Key Account Manager

As we continually strive to improve and expand our product range based on our insights, we're looking for a new Ecommerce Key Account Manager to grow our range across Germany. If you'd love to take responsibility for developing our Ecommerce business across Germany, we'd love to hear from you. The position is offered on a Hybrid Remote working basis with travel to our Munich office and customers as required.

As Ecommerce Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth for all Ecommerce accounts, with dedicated focus on Amazon, across our Small Domestic Appliance business.

The overall objective will be to implement an effective pull strategy and ensure close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end efficiency. You'll spearhead activities to guide the advertising agency, enhancing product portfolio relevance, also introducing new product lines and managing promotional activities.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience of working in a strategic Key Account Manager/Account Director role
  • Experience of managing Amazon and other Ecommerce accounts
  • Experience of managing and developing a large product range with various customer requirements
  • Well versed and demonstratable proficiency in navigating Amazon Vendor Central
  • Proven experience of working within a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience, with the capability to form and maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers and colleagues
  • Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrable ability to match business capability with market opportunities and drive business growth
  • Proven ability of formulating and implementing an effective business plan
  • Experience gained within Consumer Electronics/Consumer Durables would be ideal but is not essential
  • Fluent German and English
